Our Firm

Parker Bond specializes exclusively in services connected with tax-advantaged (mostly tax-exempt) bonds.  The firm was established in December 2011, when Deloitte Tax LLP exited the bond services business.  Parker Bond is a young firm, but our key personnel have been providing these services for many years to a long list of issuers from all over the nation, issuers with a variety of needs ranging from simple to highly complex.  We “know our stuff,” and we have the experience to put that knowledge to use properly.

But not only do we have the right technical background and skill set, we also have a superb client-centered focus.  We think you will find us to be small enough to provide customized service, yet substantial enough to address your particular circumstances.  We don’t run an “assembly line,” so with Parker Bond you will not be a “number” – you will be a highly valued client deserving our best efforts and our full commitment to your best interests. 

Without understanding a client’s issues a firm can only “sell a preplanned solution.”  We focus on our clients, we listen to their issues, and we keep our eyes and ears open to learn what our clients want and need.  Our clients find this to be compelling.  We hope you will, too!

Our Philosophy

Our professional philosophy is simple – uncompromising dedication to distinctive client service.  But we also intend to treat our clients the way we would want to be treated if our roles were reversed – which isn’t exactly the same thing.  We strive to embody those ideals in all our efforts.  We are human, though, so if at any time you feel we have violated either of these principles, please give us an opportunity to rectify the problem.
